Return and Exchange Policy
At Al Haytham Group, we prioritize customer satisfaction and strive to provide a seamless shopping experience. You may return or exchange products according to the following terms and conditions:
A. Returns & Exchanges Due to Manufacturing Defects

Customers are entitled to exchange or return a product within 30 days of the purchase date if a manufacturing defect is proven by a technical report from our maintenance team or an authorized service center.

This policy applies to all products, including personal care items, in compliance with health and safety standards.

After the 30-day period, returns or exchanges will not be possible. In such cases, customers must file a maintenance request via Customer Service.
B. General Conditions for Returns or Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

The product must be in its original condition, unused, unopened, and include all original packaging and accessories.

Proof of purchase (official invoice or receipt) is mandatory.

Any items purchased with free gifts must be returned along with the gifts.

For products purchased at a discount or during a promotion, only the actual amount paid will be refunded, not the original price.
C. Change of Mind / Non-Defective Returns (Within 14 Days)
In accordance with Article 17 of the Consumer Protection Law, customers may request an exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt even if the product is free of defects, subject to:

If the packaging is unopened and the product is unused:

The product will be exchanged or refunded after deducting shipping costs.

Administrative fees apply for electronic payments.

If the packaging has been opened or the product used:

Returns or exchanges are generally not permitted unless the product’s nature allows it and it remains in its original purchase condition.

If a return is approved after inspection, a 5% packaging fee plus shipping costs will be deducted.

2. How to Request a Return or Exchange

3. Refund Policy

Once the product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status via email.

If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

For electronic payments, the following administrative fees will be deducted:

1.5% of the product value (Vodafone Cash).

2.25% of the product value (Fawry services).

4. Additional Notes

Large Appliances (e.g., Air Conditioners): A shipping fee of 300 EGP will be deducted in case of a return.

Al Haytham Group reserves the right to refuse any return request if the product does not meet the specified conditions.
